Gazing (short, 2017)

A First Person POV film commenting on the objectifying roles of both filmmaker and audience.  The traditional act of cinema spectatorship is transformed, directly implicating the viewer as voyeur through forced perspective and participation as a young man is recorded without his knowledge by an unseen stalker and kidnapped.  When the stalker/filmmaker finally reaches out from behind the camera to caress his victim/actor, he is confronted with a response that also destabilizes and complicates the viewing position of the audience.
