Mark Pariselli is an award-winning writer and director based in Toronto. He graduated magna cum laude from York University with a BFA in Film Production. He is a Berlinale Talents alumnus and his work has been presented at numerous film festivals, including Frameline: The San Francisco International LGBTQ+ Film Festival, Outfest Los Angeles LGBTQ Film Festival, Inside Out Toronto 2SLGBTQ+ Film Festival, BFI Flare: London LGBTQIA+ Film Festival and the Iris Prize LGBT+ Film Festival. Retrospective programs of his short films have been presented in Toronto, Sicily, New York City and Montreal. Some of his work is distributed by the Canadian Filmmakers Distribution Centre. Online and as part of DVD compilations, his films have been commercially distributed by The Film Collaborative, First Run Features, Guest House Films and Edition Salzgeber. His writing has been featured on Talkhouse, Bloody Disgusting, Rue Morgue and Certified Forgotten. He has served on the juries of the Sicilia Queer Film Festival, ImageOut: The Rochester LGBT Film & Video Festival and Inside Out Toronto LGBT Film Festival.

 Pariselli is currently developing his first feature.
